A wine that knows how to enhance every gastronomic moment with class and freshness and should be served at a temperature of 8/10 °C. It presents itself to the sight with a salmon pink color with cherry reflections typical of Syrah rosés. Diego Fabrizio Angileri

The company Diego Fabrizio Angileri was born in Sicily, from our dream of creating a small, but authentic, production of artisanal wines from family lands. The result of a harmonious encounter between tradition, nature and a touch of innovation. The family vineyards, in the process of organic conversion, located in the hilly hinterland of Marsala, extend over a united surface of about 30 hectares, of which today about 5 hectares are managed for the family business. Here they grow Carricante, Catarratto, Grillo and Syrah. To these is added about one hectare of olive trees of the native Biancolilla variety.
