Tenute Bosco Etna Rosato Piano dei Daini is a Sicilian wine that embodies the essence of the volcanic territory of Etna. This Etna Rosato DOC is made 100% with Nerello Mascalese grapes, a native variety that thrives on the northern slope of Etna. The wine presents itself with a bright rosé colour and an aromatic profile that recalls notes of fresh red fruits and delicate floral hints. On the palate, it offers a pleasing freshness and a balanced structure, with a persistent and mineral finish, typical of volcanic soils. The alcohol content is 13%, making it a versatile wine suitable for various occasions. After manual harvesting, the bunches are vinified in steel at a controlled temperature, a process that preserves the freshness and aromatic integrity of the grapes. The wine initially matures in steel tanks and then in the bottle for at least 6 months, developing complexity and harmony. It is an ideal companion for aperitifs, molluscs, crustaceans, fish and fresh cheeses, enhancing the flavours of the dishes without overwhelming them. The recommended serving temperature is 10/12 °C, to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics. Tenute Bosco Etna Rosato Piano dei Daini represents an authentic expression of the Sicilian terroir, a wine that tells the story and the winemaking tradition of Etna, offering a unique and engaging sensory experience.
