MILLESUOLI It is a digital wine shop entirely dedicated to the world of Sicilian wine, featuring a one-of-a-kind collection of over 350 wineries.

What are the age requirements for purchasing on Millesuoli?

The sale of wine is prohibited to individuals under 18 years old. Delivery of the order will only be made to individuals who can prove they are of legal age.

Do I need to be registered on Millesuoli.it to place an order?

No, you can make a purchase even if you are not registered on our site.

I am unable to place an order, what can I do?

Contact our customer service at servizioclienti@millesuoli.it  and explain your issue.

I have a promotional code or a discount, how can I use it?

You can use it right away when placing an order by entering it in the designated field before payment.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

On the Contacts page, select the Customer Service recipient and send a message clearly explaining the changes you want, the order cancellation, and the reason. This way, we may be able to assist you in another way.

What payment methods can I use on Millesuoli?

You can pay using credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, PayPal (pay in 3 installments), Satispay, and Bank Transfer.

SHIPPING TO ITALY AND ABROAD

Does Millesuoli offer international shipping?

Yes, we also ship internationally to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

Can I track my order?

Of course! When your package is ready and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier with the tracking code.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact our Customer Service, providing your order number and the correct address. We will notify the courier directly to request delivery to the updated address you provide.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

Deliveries will take place within 3 to 4 business days, but they may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. Please read the terms of sale for more information.

Where is my order?

If you placed your order more than three days ago, excluding Saturday and Sunday, check your email for the tracking code sent by the courier and verify the status of the shipment. If you encounter any issues, write to servizioclienti@millesuoli.it, and we will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €69.00 (unless there are promotions). For orders below this amount, shipping costs €7.90.

The costs for international shipping vary based on the weight and the destination country. You can get an estimate of the costs during the checkout process.

Summer shipping

Given the current high temperatures, to best preserve the quality of your wines, we will ship orders from Monday to Thursday to avoid leaving bottles in storage over the weekend.

Returns

I received a damaged item, what can I do?

We take great care in packaging our products and have selected a courier capable of ensuring the safety of the goods we ship.

However, it may happen that a product arrives damaged. In this case, please contact our customer service at servizioclienti@millesuoli.it and attach a photo showing the extent of the damage. We may request the return of the bottle, so please don't throw anything away.

Can I return the wine if it has a cork taint?

Yes, you can exercise your right of withdrawal; however, in this case, the product must be returned closed and repackaged. A refund cannot be issued without the bottle.

How do I make a return? (Do I submit a request on the website?)

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling out the form at the following link, and returning the purchased goods. In this case, contact our customer service at servizioclienti@millesuoli.it, and they will provide all the necessary information.

The goods must be returned within 14 days from the return request. You can use a courier of your choice, and the direct return costs will be at your expense.

How and when will I receive the refund for the return?

The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen at the time of purchase. We will process the refund of the total amount paid by the customer within 14 days. The refund will be held until we receive the returned products or proof of shipment.

Do you issue Electronic Invoices?

Certainly, the electronic invoice is transmitted through the interchange system of the Italian Revenue Agency.

Where can I find the invoice for my purchase?

You can access your tax drawer on the Italian Revenue Agency's website to retrieve a copy of your electronic invoice.

Alternatively, contact Customer Service by emailing servizioclienti@millesuoli.it  providing your order number, tax code/VAT number, and the date of issuance, and we will provide you with a copy.
