Dragonara Terre Siciliane IGP è un vino di grande struttura ed equilibrio, prodotto al 100% con uve Tannat nel territorio Sciacca Contrada Isole Carboj. Questo vino rosso, con una gradazione alcolica del 13,5% cresce su terreni limoso-argillosi a reazione sub-alcalina, che conferiscono al vino grande complessità. La vinificazione avviene in acciaio a temperatura controllata, mentre l’affinamento avviene 16 mesi e 4 mesi in bottiglia. Dragonara Terre Siciliane IGP accompagna perfettamente piatti di carne rossa e bianca, cacciagione, selvaggina e formaggi non troppo stagionati. Primi con carne e con verdure e va servito a una temperatura di 14/18 °C. É un vino di buona struttura e corpo, equilibrato, dove convivono in perfetta armonia acidità, alcool e tannini.

Cantine De Gregorio

An old country village, born around a 15th-century watchtower; a 17th-century cellar where a delicate and intense wine was produced using ancient techniques; a small oil mill created for personal needs and finally, at the end of the 19th century, the birth of a small elementary school, only a few classes, where the teachers arrived on horseback. This was the reality of the village of Ragana (from the Arabic Ras-hana which means land of friendship) and it is here that, drawing spirit from ancient traditions, Ugo Testoni's wine, produced from these lands and vinified in this cellar, was known and appreciated throughout the province and beyond. His daughter Maruzza and her husband Ascanio with their children have renovated the old cellar, trying to renew a mythical memory, in the harmonious integration between past experiences and oenotechnological innovations. An extraordinary territory, ranging from the temples of Agrigento to the salt pans of Trapani, through the white rocks of the Scala dei Turchi and the temples of Selinunte. The company extends in the center of this crossroads of Mediterranean cultures, between Sciacca and Menfi, facing the "fantastic" Ferdinandea Island. A territory always dedicated to prestigious wine productions. Volcanic lands where, to the memory of the elderly, the vine has always been cultivated. Thirty hectares, between vineyards and olive groves, where alongside native vines, international varieties have been cultivated, which have found a natural habitat in this land. A temperate climate in winter, hot and dry summers, extraordinary brightness and almost maniacal precision in crops, allow the plants, sometimes in suffering, to express a healthy and strong fruit that will then conclude in the production of high quality wines. To relive a bygone time, with its emotions, its secrets, its scents... its mysteries. To return to scrutinize the sea from the top of the tower, imagining for a moment being guardians ready to sound the alarm if a suspicious ship approaches. To hear again the songs and joyful cries of the peasants at the time of the harvest, in the hope that the wine produced from the freshly picked grapes is good. The heat, the sweat and the strength at the time of the harvest. Everything becomes simple and easy in the hope that the wine produced from the freshly picked grapes is good.
