Di Dio Liboria Placeo is a very versatile wine in food and wine pairing, as they say, for all meals: its delicacy indeed makes it an ideal wine to accompany even the most refined foods, without covering their flavors. Try it with semi-mature cheeses, cold cuts and sliced meats, first courses with meat sauces, mushroom risottos and rich fish dishes and seafood soups if the wine vintage is young. Sensational also the pairings with white meat roasts and main courses with flavors of the forest (mushrooms, blueberries, juniper, porcini).
