Bbirbiciù

BBIRBICIÙ was born in Pantelleria in 2020, when the destinies of three young people intersected in a virtuous and countercurrent project: living on an island far from everything and producing with ancient methods and producing unfiltered natural wine. An ambitious goal, for which rigorous choices were made: from the exclusive use of ancient traditional techniques, based on manual labor and on non-mechanized and organic agriculture, with a 100% Pantescan production chain, in every phase, from cultivation to vinification in amphora, from bottling to labeling.
