We are small wine artisans and we cultivate our land in 5 hectares near Acate, in the territory of Vittoria. Here we mainly produce Cerasuolo di Vittoria, a wine that our entire family has put their heart into. We also grow vegetables, fruit and oil for family use. All the work, in the vineyard as well as in the cellar, is done by the family and mainly by hand. Our agriculture can still be defined as traditional, following the path of our grandparents' harvests who did not know about "chemistry" or "mechanization".
