Pigi is an ideal wine to match with red meat and mature cheese. It is produced in the province of Ragusa, Sicily, and it is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 14 and 18 °C. Poggio di Bortolone

Low yields per hectare, attention to biodiversity, and respect for the environment are our philosophy. The estate Poggio di Bortolone was acquired by the Cosenza family at the end of the eighteenth century and has since been passed down from father to son. Today it is Pierluigi, son of Ignazio, seventh generation of the Cosenza family to manage Poggio di Bortolone. “Creating great wines with my highest quality grapes gives me the opportunity to be original using winemaking techniques passed down from father to son” PIERLUIGI COSENZA
