With a 13% alcohol content, the Filara Syrah is a medium-bodied wine with an intense and complex aromatic bouquet. The palate features notes of ripe red fruit, spices and light hints of vanilla conferred by aging in barriques. This wine is perfectly matched with red meat, aged cheese, game and meats. It is produced in the province of Ragusa, Sicily, and is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 14 and 18°C.
