Nuzzella

The Agricultural Company Nuzzella was born from our family's great attraction to the wine world and from the passion for it, "'a Muntagna". It was here that in 2015 we decided to invest in a dream and buy a plot of about 4 hectares (vineyard and olive grove), located on the border between the towns of Piedimonte Etneo and Linguaglossa. Over time, the vineyard, thanks to the care provided, has gradually rebalanced, delivering us a production increased in quality and quantity and today our labels have become 6, for a total of about 10,000 bottles. Our vines are grown on a trellis, with a density of 5,000 plants per hectare. The work is carried out manually throughout the year with meticulous attention, respecting nature, following the dictates of certified organic farming. No use of herbicides or synthetic products, use of low doses of copper and sulfur, addition of organic matter to the soil through annual green manure of legumes and grasses, and use of pheromones to combat harmful insects. A way to take care not only of the wine we offer, but to respect and thank the splendid land that gives it to us.
