Nostro padre giuseppe era uomo di vigna. ha piantato, curato, ampliato. noi figli abbiamo continuato, come ci ha insegnato lui.
Ci ha chiamato salvatore, gianfranco e roberto trasmettendoci la stessa visione e la maniaca passione per la vigna e la terra. Siamo al centro della sicilia che è al centro del mediterraneo.
Una terra calcarea, ventosa, alta e asciutta. un luogo perfetto in cui fare vini dalla spiccata personalità distintiva.da anni curiamo le vigne estese per 30 ettari in sei tenute.
Nel 2006 siamo riusciti a completare la filiera, ora facciamo tutto qui, cantina, affinamento e imbottigliamento dei vini.
