The company Avide Vigneti & Cantine is very attentive to the environmental sustainability of its products, from the vineyards to the bottles... Sustainability is that concept which defines the methods of grape cultivation and of the territory in general that prefer careful and measured techniques, respecting and safeguarding the environment, in which our company is located, and its biodiversity. Essential for the balance of this small ecosystem are the insect population and the collection of plants that make it up. Humans must strive to maintain the splendid balance that nature possesses, controlling what surrounds the asset of interest, trying not to destroy it, because agricultural activity and cultivation of the land cannot be carried out in an impoverished territory. And this is what we have been doing since 2006! We adopt the principles of the integrated pest management system, which involves the scientific control of what happens in the vineyard, from the nutrition of the vine to the counting of insects, harmful and useful, so as not to intervene unless strictly necessary
