Heritage Francesco Intorcia Marsala Vergine Secco is a prestigious Sicilian wine, an authentic expression of the island's winemaking tradition. This Marsala DOC Vergine is 100% produced with Grillo grapes, a native variety that gives the wine unique characteristics. It is a fortified wine, typical of the Sicily region, in Italy, with an alcohol content of 18%. Its profile is dry, ideal for those who appreciate structured and complex wines. The soil on which the vines grow is medium clayey, contributing to give the wine a distinctive minerality. After the harvest and vinification of the grapes, for the production of Marsala, mistella is added, a process that enriches the wine with aromas and flavors. The wine matures for over 10 years in oak barrels, a refinement that gives it depth and complexity. On the palate, Marsala Vergine Secco presents elegant and persistent notes, perfect to accompany aged cheeses and desserts. The recommended serving temperature is between 12 and 14 °C, to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics. This Marsala represents a sensory journey into the Sicilian winemaking tradition, a wine that tells the story and passion of a land rich in culture and flavors.
