One of the great sweet wines, in Sicily it is called "La Malvasia", feminine, and it is a nectar of great delicacy that offers a wonderful richness of scents and sensations. It is indeed thanks to the drying in the sun or in the fruit cellar that the juice contained in the grape berries reaches such a concentration as to give the wine both the alcoholic degree and the sweetness. On the other hand, the very low yield and the production area limited to the Aeolian Islands archipelago, make Malvasia a very rare and precious wine.
