In the blue of the Tyrrhenian Sea on top of a submarine volcano, there is a small island, of black rock and lush with life: Ustica. Our story begins here: we cultivate the land and welcome with our hearts those who come to visit us. Among the vineyards by the sea and fields of lentils surrounded by dry stone walls and prickly pear hedges, you will discover the secrets of a wonderful island. Here you will find the great energies of the volcano and the sea, the explosion of colors that dance with the seasons. Breathing deeply, you can walk along untouched paths and explore the marine depths. The company, the result of a long family tradition, has chosen to continue with sustainable practices and technologies. Among the choices that distinguish this path are the adoption of organic farming methods, the enhancement of biodiversity, and the use of photovoltaic energy for the operation of the farm and the winery. Our point of sale is located in Ustica at the main headquarters of the company in Contrada Tramontana. The winery is the beating heart of the company, the wines strongly express the proximity to the sea and the character of the volcanic territory, beaten by the sun and the wind. The farm Hibiscus also dedicates itself, with certified organic methods, to the production of Ustica lentils, a Slow Food presidium, and DOP Valli Trapanesi extra virgin olive oil, in its appendix on the mainland in Erice in the province of Trapani.
