This sparkling wine, with an alcohol content of 12.5%, is made according to the classic Brut method, which gives the wine a unique finesse and complexity. The volcanic soil rich in skeleton on which the vines grow gives the wine a distinctive minerality. The soft pressing of the grapes, with a yield of 40%, and the vinification in white at controlled temperature ensure the maximum expression of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the noble lees for 36 months in bottle, in rooms at a controlled temperature of 15°C. This long ageing on the yeasts helps to develop complex aromas and a creamy structure. The Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Blancs Cuvee 50 months is perfect to accompany shellfish even raw, first courses of fish, fish soups or the typical Etna pistachio arancini. It pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, molluscs and seafood. To fully appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6°C. The Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Blancs Cuvee 50 months is a Sicilian sparkling wine of great elegance, made 100% with Chardonnay grapes grown on the north side of Etna. This sparkling wine, with an alcohol content of 12.5%, is made according to the classic Brut method, which gives the wine a unique finesse and complexity. The volcanic soil rich in skeleton on which the vines grow gives the wine a distinctive minerality. The soft pressing of the grapes, with a yield of 40%, and the vinification in white at controlled temperature ensure the maximum expression of the fruit. After fermentation, the wine is aged on the noble lees for 36 months in bottle, in rooms at a controlled temperature of 15°C. This long ageing on the yeasts helps to develop complex aromas and a creamy structure. The Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Blancs Cuvee 50 months is perfect to accompany shellfish even raw, first courses of fish, fish soups or the typical Etna pistachio arancini. It pairs beautifully with fish, shellfish, molluscs and seafood. To fully appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6°C.

The company was established in 2008 thanks to the rigorous attention of the Bevilacqua family in restoring the environmental context, the recovery of the ancient vineyards, the wine presses, the stone terraces, a testament to the history of the place. Today it spans an area of about 40 hectares producing 11 types of wines. From the protection of the natural environment, the recovery of the centuries-old traditions of the territory, the use of modern technologies, our wine is born, whose strong personality tells of a sunny Sicily, rich in tradition and passion. Cultivating, observing, slowing down, the moments in the vineyard are marked by an extraordinarily lively wait. A story made of grapes and passion, of harmonies and roughness!
