The volcanic soil rich in skeleton on which the vines grow gives the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. The winemaking involves a light maceration in press for one hour, followed by a soft pressing with a yield of 40%. The red grapes are vinified in rosé at controlled temperature, with immediate refinement on the noble lees. Subsequently, the wine matures for 36 months on the yeasts in the bottle, in rooms at a controlled temperature of 15°C. This long refinement gives the wine complexity and aromatic depth. The Terrazze dell'Etna Blanc de Noir Rosé is perfect to accompany raw shellfish, first courses of fish, fish soups or the typical Etna pistachio arancini. It pairs wonderfully with fish, shellfish, molluscs and seafood. To fully appreciate its qualities, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6°C. Terrazze dell'Etna

On the north-western slope of Mount Etna, in a natural landscape of captivating charm, lies Terrazze dell’Etna. A bucolic oasis where nature, passion, and energy blend to create wines of volcanic character. The amphitheater of terraces embraces both native and international vineyards. The company was established in 2008 thanks to the rigorous attention of the Bevilacqua family in restoring the environmental context, the recovery of the ancient vineyards, the wine presses, the stone terraces, a testament to the history of the place. Today it spans an area of about 40 hectares producing 11 types of wines. From the protection of the natural environment, the recovery of the centuries-old traditions of the territory, the use of modern technologies, our wine is born, whose strong personality tells of a sunny Sicily, rich in tradition and passion. Cultivating, observing, slowing down, the moments in the vineyard are marked by an extraordinarily lively wait. A story made of grapes and passion, of harmonies and roughness!
