Cantine di Nessuno is part of a larger project that links the world of food to that of wine and hospitality. We are out of the ordinary because our vineyards are from heroic viticulture, very low yields, very high production costs, but they give us a precious product. Cantine di Nessuno wants to enhance the potential of native grape varieties, reconciling modern winemaking technologies with Etna tradition. With a philosophy aimed at the search for "luxury understood as the pleasure of living", our choices are free from economic performance anxiety, but oriented towards the continuous search for quality to derive benefits from a unique territory, where we were lucky enough to be born and grow. Cantine di Nessuno is located on the SouthEast side of the volcano, between Fleri and Trecastagni, in the middle of a suggestive area characterized by the presence of extinct volcanic cones. We are between the 700 meters of altitude of Monte Gorna, the 800 of Carpene and the 900 meters of Monte Ilice, three adjacent districts, but different from each other in characteristics, exposure and productive vocation produttiva.Lavoriamo on about 10 hectares with native grape varieties of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Carricante and Catarratto, a good part of which with vines that exceed one hundred years of life in conditions of "heroic viticulture", from which we extract the result of those diversities that make Etna a unique territory.
