Il Baglio Oro Yema Terre Siciliane IGT è un vino bianco siciliano prodotto al 100% con uve Zibibbo, provenienti dalla zona di Marsala in Sicilia, Italia. Con un contenuto alcolico del 15%, questo vino si distingue per il suo carattere equilibrato e dolce. Le vigne crescono su un terreno di argilloso con notevole presenza di ciottoli, che conferisce al vino una grande persistenza. La raccolta avviene nella prima decade di ottobre dove l’uva subisce un naturale processo di appassimento in vigna. A fine appassimento le uve vengono selezionate manualmente e successivamente poste in infusione, la cui durata è variabile a seconda dell’annata. Segue la fermentazione alcolica a temperatura termocontrollata, che si arresta al raggiungimento di 15%vol. determinando un residuo zuccherino di circa 120 g/l. Il vino affina in tini di acciaio per circa 12 mesi conservando inalterate le peculiarità delle uve. Questo vino si adatta perfettamente sia a dolci a base di frutta secca, formaggi erborinati o mediamente stagionati. La temperatura di servizio consigliata è tra gli 12 e i 14 °C, per esaltare al meglio le sue caratteristiche organolettiche. Il Baglio Oro Yema Terre Siciliane IGT rappresenta un'eccellenza della viticoltura siciliana, capace di esprimere al meglio il territorio e la tradizione enologica dell'isola.
