Feudi del Pisciotto, an ancient estate with 49 hectares of vineyards in the heart of the DOCG Cerasuolo di Vittoria, is a reference point for wine lovers thanks to its award-winning wines worldwide, such as the Nero d'Avola Versace indicated by Wine Spectator among the top 100 wines in the world. To the entry line, of great quality, Linea Fico is joined by the Feudi del Pisciotto line that combines the excellence of the quality of the wines with the beauty of the labels signed by the most important Italian Fashion Designers. L'Eterno, pure pinot noir and Grand Vin of the winery, is the symbol of the quality of the oenological projects of Feudi del Pisciotto and its commitment to social issues. The Feudi del Pisciotto winery combines respect for tradition and nature with the most modern technologies and produces about 400,000 bottles divided into 17 labels. At Feudi del Pisciotto, the marriage between ancient and modern is also celebrated by resuming the ancient winemaking process that used only the force of gravity as a tool for moving the must. In fact, the grapes harvested by hand in the vineyard, after further sorting and destemming, are made to slide by gravity into the vats in the cellar, saving energy and limiting carbon dioxide emissions but above all avoiding the deterioration of the quality of the raw material that would instead occur using the oenological pumps for the movement of the grapes.
