Colle dei Gessi

The company was born when Vincenza and Francesco decided to return to Sicily, after several years spent in northern Italy for work; children of farmers and breeders, they felt the need to reconnect with their native land, they bought a plot of vineyard and began to take care of it together with their daughters. Caterina shows a real passion for viticulture, so she decides to undertake oenology studies, to graduate and gain various experiences in other Italian wine regions. Together with Filippo, also an oenologist, fascinated by the scenic beauties and the Sicilian warmth, they decide to move to Trapani and start producing their own wine. From their complicit work was born "The echo of the Quarry", a Catarratto vinified in purity, organoleptic expression of the territory in which the grapes are produced.
