The wine matures for 9 months on the fine lees, a process that enriches the aromatic profile and complexity of the final product. Bertolino Nicuzza is a versatile wine, perfect to accompany dishes based on fish, seafood and vegetables. The ideal serving temperature is between 8 and 10 °C, to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics. Bertolino

The company was founded in 2017 thanks to the two brothers Bertolino who decided to recover the old family vineyard of Cataratto. The management is completely family-run and aimed at recovering the territory of this area of Western Sicily historically devoted to the production of Marsala and, to date, fallen into decay. The condition of the vineyard is organic and biodynamic and the work in the cellar is careful and linked to the natural philosophy.
