The Funaro Inzolia unfiltered presents a straw-yellow colour and offers a complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of white fruit, flowers and a slight mineral hint, due to the marly and chalky soils on which the vines grow. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced and with good persistence. It is a versatile wine, ideal for accompanying appetisers, fish dishes and white meats. The recommended serving temperature is between 8 and 10 °C. A farm business, carried on for three generations, has led Tiziana, Clemente, and Giacomo to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey made of love for their land and a desire to enhance its resources. We firmly believe that modern agriculture cannot disregard a deep sense of responsibility and respect for the environment and the adoption of sustainable behaviors. The family estate boasts 85 hectares of agricultural land including vineyards (60 hectares), olive groves (15 hectares), arable and fruit trees. The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Salemi and Santa Ninfa, in the center of a vast area with a strong winemaking vocation, ranging from 150 meters s.l.m. to 450 meters s.l.m.
