The story of Case Alte and the Vaccaro family is somewhat a reflection of today's Sicily; where the new generations take the plunge and face the challenge of producing excellence and communicating their passion, their territory, and their culture to the whole world. The current winemaking project involves carrying out the entire production chain in the small universe of the Macellaroto district, and aims to maintain a contained dimension, on a human scale, which ensures careful and meticulous control of all stages of the production process, from the vineyard to bottling.
