Description
Saponaria
Marco is a restaurateur, Arianna the commercial manager of a company from Etna. Their work brought them together, and their work is their passion: wine and catering. In 2021, Arianna and Marco decide to bottle their vision of Etna, thus the Saponaria project is born. Making wine is indeed a game, but it's a game in which you can't make mistakes. Scoring a goal means faithfully interpreting the territory while keeping up with the times. They begin to select the masses, to make assemblages and to market, after the birth of their daughter, the Etna Bianco Saponaria dedicated to her. A project born on tiptoe in which they enjoy interacting with the actors who are part of it, all friends and companions of wine adventures. 2000 bottles that perfectly express the longevity of the carricante and the wines that come from those volcanic soils. A white grape variety, the carricante, shy when just bottled but with great power if you are willing to wait just like Saponaria, a purple flower, slender and delicate but able to grow and live on the rocks of our volcano. Bottling, sharing and talking about their wine is what they have always dreamed of. After the first vintage, Marco and Arianna realize that they are excited about this game, so the second vintage arrives and the realization that it will be a difficult game to stop!
