This process allows to preserve the freshness and integrity of the varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine matures in steel on the lees, enriching itself with nuances and complexity. Subsequently, it is refined in steel and in the bottle for a few months, thus achieving a perfect balance between freshness and maturity. The Conte Uvaggio Bianco is excellently indicated to accompany fish dishes, both raw and grilled. It also pairs splendidly with first courses based on fish, enhancing the flavours without overpowering them.
