Agricola VINB TVB Ti Voglio Bere Terre Siciliane IGT is a Sicilian wine made 100% with Nero d'Avola grapes from Chiaramonte Gulfi. This rosé wine, originating from Sicily, Italy, has an alcohol content of 13%. It is a biodynamic and artisanal wine, without the addition of sulfites. The grapes grow on a medium clayey soil. Fermentation takes place spontaneously without temperature control. The grapes are completely destemmed: 50% undergoes direct pressing, while the remaining 50% is macerated for 6 hours in fiberglass without added sulfites. Agricola VINB

Our company is located in the wine-growing area of Vittoria, between the 230 m altitude of the historic Bastonaca area with its red sand and limestone, and the 480 m of the new Ragoleti plants where we find a mix of limestone, gypsum and clay. We grow Frappato, Nero D'avola and the Tonda Iblea olive. We practice regenerative agriculture to revive our soils and obtain the best expression of our territory in the products we make with the least possible intervention.
