The volcanic soil gives the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. The cold maceration of the grapes, lasting from 5 to 8 hours, has allowed a better extraction of aromatic precursors and colour. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine continued its refinement in the tank for at least 4 months, followed by about 3 months in the bottle. This careful winemaking process, respectful of local traditions, enhances the organoleptic characteristics of the Nerello Mascalese, offering a rosé wine of great elegance and complexity. Alessandro Serughetti Luna Buona Etna Rosato is a highly prized Sicilian wine, made with 100% Nerello Mascalese grapes. This Etna Rosato DOC comes from the northern slope of Etna, an area renowned for its high-quality viticulture. The wine has an alcohol content of 13.5% and meets organic production criteria. The volcanic soil gives the wine a unique and distinctive minerality. The cold maceration of the grapes, lasting from 5 to 8 hours, has allowed a better extraction of aromatic precursors and colour. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine continued its refinement in the tank for at least 4 months, followed by about 3 months in the bottle. Etna is the chosen territory to start a project, a dream, to produce a wine that can best express the characteristics of a territory in its depth. The Etna volcano is the land where we built our house.
