Lamoresca

The agricultural company Lamoresca by Rizzo Filippo was established in 2000. It extends over a hilly area at an altitude of 430 meters above sea level and benefits from a typically Mediterranean climate. Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean scrub, where porcupines and falcons find their natural habitat, as well as beneficial insects and bees. The small original nucleus purchased in 2000 has been enriched with other lands and today the company covers an area of 25 hectares and cultivates not only the vine, but also the olive and the prickly pear. Its current size is ideal for an organic setting of crops and to personally follow all the production processes both in the cellar and in the oil mill. Starting from a healthy and high-quality fruit, obtained with the rigorous and organic setting of the crops, our products express the typicality of the territory and enclose all its peculiar characteristics. The traditional approach to processing with an organic philosophy that combines with modern technical knowledge contributes to achieving an excellent result. The healthy fruit and its quick and exclusively mechanical processing guarantee a final product, whether it is wine or oil, of absolute value with organoleptic characteristics that not only reflect the territory but also express the uniqueness of the production year.
