The Rosignolo Miriò Nero d'Avola Sicilia DOC is a Sicilian wine that best expresses the characteristics of the Nero d'Avola grape variety, grown 100% in the Calatafimi area. This red wine, coming from the splendid region of Sicily, in Italy, stands out for its alcohol content of 13.5%. It is an organic product, grown on medium-textured clay soils, which give the wine a unique structure and complexity. The grapes are hand-picked in crates, ensuring the selection of the best bunches. White vinification with soft pressing and controlled temperature fermentation, using selected yeasts, preserve the freshness and aroma of the wine. After fermentation, the wine is transferred and allowed to mature in steel tanks, where it rests awaiting bottling. The Rosignolo Miriò pairs perfectly with red meats and semi-mature cheeses, enhancing the flavors of these dishes with its structure and aromatic bouquet. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18 °C, to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. This wine represents an excellence of Sicilian wine tradition, capable of telling the story and passion of a unique territory through every sip.
