I Vigneri - Simone e Andrea Foti

Simone and Andrea Foti represent the continuity, the new lifeblood of the I Vigneri project founded about 30 years ago by their father Salvo on Etna. Their work in viticultural and oenological research, influenced by experiences abroad, has given rise to new projects, new wines, with roots firmly anchored in their territory of origin, but with a new vision in the way they are produced. In recent years they have acquired new parcels of Etna bush vine and collaborated with small grape producers to make a limited production of territorial and identity wines. The goal always remains to make Human Wines, respecting the Environment and the Etna Territory.
