On the palate, Palmento Costanzo Etna Rosso Prefillossera offers notes of ripe red fruits, spices, and a pleasant mineral sensation. Palmento Costanzo Etna Rosso Prefillossera is a prestigious Sicilian wine, produced in the region of Etna, on the northern slope. Palmento Costanzo

Here everything speaks of the "Muntagna", as we call the Etna volcano, without compromise. Eighteen hectares divided over various districts and slopes, in small parcels vinified separately, because each plot is made unique by the lava flows that have settled over time. In the cellar, the particles follow separate vinifications, paths of evolution aimed at capturing the soul of each expression of the volcano. The choice of tanks and barrels is also a journey towards purity: only steel, tonneaux and large barrels because the essence of the wood does not overwhelm the natural richness of the original vine.
