In the cellar, the work is carried out in a rational and reasonable manner, minimizing any type of technical intervention. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in steel, followed by aging in French oak tonneaux for about 24 months and a further 6 months in the bottle. This process gives the Meridio Arundo a robust structure and a complex aromatic profile, ideal for accompanying red meats, aged cheeses and game. Meridio

A tiny vineyard in the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi, an ancient way of working. Meridio is the vineyard with the reeds, where nothing that is not natural enters. The small tree leans on the cane, tied with the "liama". Only natural fertilizer, only copper and sulfur, all the work by hand.
