This project was born from the desire, matured over the years, and the perseverance of Angelo Di Grazia, to enhance an unexplored territory, highlighting its pedoclimatic characteristics and viticultural and oenological potential, relying on organic and sustainable viticulture and spontaneous and natural winemaking. We are in Licodia Eubea, on the north-western slope of the Iblei Mountains, a small village nestled on two hills, that of the Medieval Castle and that of Monte Altore (extinct volcanic cone), included in the ancient region of Val di Noto. On a slope of Monte Altore, at about 630 m above sea level, our bush vineyard finds its space. It is a return to the origins, after so much wandering, because Angelo has always strongly believed, that the heart knows exactly where you have been happy and it is there that, in one way or another, it always brings us back. After all, home is where you left your heart.
