After a refinement of 6 months in concrete, the wine rests for an additional 4 months in the bottle, thus developing its aromatic bouquet and structure. Domenico Lombardo Scarlata Alcamo DOC is a versatile wine, perfect for accompanying red and white meats, enhancing the flavors of the dishes with which it is paired. The ideal serving temperature varies between 14 and 18 °C, allowing to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics. Domenico Lombardo

For three generations the family Lombardo cultivates vineyards in contrada Vivignato, historical agricultural nerve center of the province of Trapani marked by pedoclimatic conditions ideal for the cultivation of the vineyard. Wine production begins with Domenico Lombardo who, deeply in love with his land, understands the potential of this territory and decides to start to vinify the grapes of his estate, Catarratto and Nero d'Avola. In its cellar, the idea of wine is to convey tradition and craftsmanship.
