After fermentation, the wine matures for a year in steel and subsequently for four years in tonneaux, giving the final product a complex and well-balanced structure. Twisted vines with the roots of the vineyards, which lushly overlook the horizon. Our company has its roots in the history of a land that has seen its children grow among the vines, originating from the union of vineyards belonging to two families, Puleo Portelli and Angileri. Natural wines in the westernmost part of Sicily. To tell a place and the lives that cross it in a sip of its nectar the wine fruit of the earth and of the human, to be careful and respectful craftsmen in the continuous search for territoriality and aware of making a unique not because it is better than another but because it is precisely made by us.
