Raciti is a surname that for three generations has respectfully and quietly occupied small parcels on the north side of Etna, dedicated to the vineyards handed down by the family. The grandfather and father were winegrowers until it was time for the three brothers of the current generation to take over the family business. Rosario, Filippo and Dario decided to change their path, to attempt a rebirth, starting from the "Rupestre", the ancient Palmento found among their own vineyards, and begin to bottle their own idea of Etna in white and red. Thus were born the Rupestre Bianco and Rupestre Rosso labels, a territorial and passionate expression of a work dedicated to the respect of the terroir and the natural processes of the vineyard and wine.
