The wine is then refined in steel tanks, maintaining its freshness and vivacity. Marabino Terre Calcaree pairs perfectly with red and white meats, enhancing the flavours of the dishes thanks to its structure and complexity. The ideal serving temperature is between 14 and 18 °C, to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics. The Marabino winery adheres to the FIVI, the Italian Federation of Independent Winegrowers, which promotes the quality and authenticity of Italian wines. Marabino

Every stage of production takes place in respect of nature, without the use of chemical substances neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar. We want our wines to express the land we cultivate with its many facets. Marabino was born in 2002, during these years we have tried to produce wines with an increasingly precise territorial identity without following trends or market demands, based on what we like to do and what we like to drink. Today the company has 29 hectares of vineyards. We are located in Contrada Buonivini in the territory of Noto, in South-Eastern Sicily. Our name, Marabino, means "land of the beloved sun".
