The maturation of the wine is divided equally: 50% takes place in the bottle for 12 months, while the remaining 50% matures in steel. The final refinement takes place in lying bottles for six months at controlled temperatures, thus guaranteeing a high-quality product. Avide 3 Carati pairs perfectly with dishes of rabbit and sweet and sour peppers, red meats, aged Ragusano cheese and stuffed pork ribs. It is also ideal with game, aged cheeses and white meats. The recommended serving temperature is between 14 and 18 °C, to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
