Lorenzo Raffaglio

Lorenzo Raffaglio, born in 1991 in Monza. After spending 10 years traveling the world and cooking in multi-starred kitchens, he decided to go to Jura at the Francois Rousset Martin winery and work between the cellar and the vineyards for a year. His love for Sicily, cultivated over the years, led him to Alcamo, thanks to its terroirs and its climate. 2021 marks his first vintage.
