The alcoholic fermentation takes place with maceration at controlled temperature for 15 days, followed by a refinement of 120 days in 225-liter barriques. This winemaking process allows to obtain a rich and full-bodied wine, ideal to accompany roasts, game and aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is between 14 and 18 °C, to best enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
