The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks for about 10-15 days at a controlled temperature of 22-24°C. Subsequently, the wine is refined mainly in steel, 50% of the wine matures for 5-6 months in barrique and another 3-4 months in large casks; the refinement is completed by a further maturation of at least 6 months in the bottle.
