The wine Luna Buona of the winery Alessandro Serughetti is an Etna Rosato DOC produced in the region of Sicily, in Italy. It is 100% made with the Nerello Mascalese vine from the production area of the Northern Versante Etna. It is a rose wine with an alcohol content of 13.5%. The volcanic soil in which the grapes are cultivated gives the wine unique characteristics. Vinification involves a cold maceration of the grapes for a period of 5-8 hours, in order to obtain a better extraction of the aromatic precursors and color. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine continues its path in the tank for at least 4 months and about 3 months in the bottle to further refine. Luna Buona is a wine that perfectly matches appetizers and fish dishes. Its production takes place in the province of Catania, following a biological production philosophy. The recommended service temperature to best appreciate its features is 10/12 °C
