Alice Bonaccorsi was born out of passion. The passion of Alice and Rosario for wine and their land. Everything started in a small family vineyard of the Bonaccorsi family, in the territory of Piedimonte Etneo, about 800 meters above sea level, in the district of Val Cerasa "valley of cherries". In 2000 they began a new adventure, they decided to buy a new land, located in Contrada Croce Monaci in Randazzo, laying the foundations of what is now the Agricultural Company Alice Bonaccorsi. Etna is certainly an island within the Island. The altitude, the various exposures and the climate, accentuate and sometimes exacerbate the contrasts of Sicily and the Sicilians. The long, hot summers with significant temperature variations between day and night, the harsh winters and the millennial experience of man in the cultivation of the vine bring absolutely unique and unrepeatable results on Etna. In this scenario, on the northern slope of Etna are the vineyards of the Agricultural Company Alice Bonaccorsi. The company's funds are located in the municipality of Randazzo, they extend in height starting from 700 meters and reach 900 meters above sea level for a total area of about 20 hectares. The philosophy followed in running the company is to accommodate natural events to always get the best. The vineyards grown as small trees, organic management, the hard work of men, testify to the respect for tradition and the commitment to progress without upheaval.
