This wine is classified as Etna Bianco DOC and is obtained mainly from the vines Carricante (90%) and Catarratto (10%). Bianco di Sei has an alcohol content of 12% and is produced according to a productive philosophy attentive to the quality and expression of the territory. The volcanic soil in which the vines grow gives the wine unique and distinctive characteristics. Vinification takes place through a soft pressing and fermentation takes place in steel with the use of indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in steel in contact with the fine leaves and then for 8 months in bottle, to ensure greater complexity and harmony. The Bianco di Sei is a versatile wine that matches perfectly with appetizers, fish and crustaceans. Its freshness and its structure make it ideal to accompany light and delicate dishes.
