The wine N'ettaro of the winery Masseria Setteporte is an Etna Bianco DOC produced in the production area of Etna Vesante South West, in Sicily, Italy. This white wine is obtained from a blend of vines, with 65% Carricante and 35% Catarratto. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, N'ettaro is characterized by a volcanic terroir, giving the wine a unique and distinctive profile. The grapes are harvested in the first decade of October and then pressed whole with soft pressing of the bunch. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C. After fermentation, the wine is aged for at least 3 months in bottle, allowing its aromas and flavors to develop fully. N'ettaro is a versatile wine that matches perfectly with appetizers, fish and crustaceans. It is produced in the province of Catania, an area renowned for its wine tradition. It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature of 8/10 °C to best appreciate its characteristics. The cellar Masseria Setteporte follows a productive philosophy attentive to the quality and authentic expression of the territory
