Vinification takes place in steel tines at controlled temperatures between 16 and 18°C, allowing the best to preserve the aromatic characteristics of the vine. After vinification, the wine Presente is aged for 3 months in steel and then for 2 months in bottle, allowing the wine to develop additional complexity and harmony. The wine Presente is perfectly matched with dishes based on fish and white meat, enhancing the flavors and creating a pleasant balance of taste. Produced in the province of Catania, this wine represents the wine excellence of the area. To best appreciate its characteristics, it is recommended to serve the wine Present at a temperature of 8/10 °C.
