We are almost on the extreme southeastern tip of Sicily. The taste of Africa jumps out not only with the reminiscences of various architectures, but especially with the vegetation: olive groves, carob groves, almond groves, the vineyards. And then, the dream climate, with the strong shades of red, ochre, yellow. The Agricultural Company COS was founded in 1980, by three friends: Giambattista Cilia, Cirino Strano, and Giusto Occhipinti. The acronym of their surnames (Cilia-Occhipinti-Strano) gives rise to the name of the Company. For over three thousand years, this land has hosted the vine. An extraordinary legacy that we have collected with humility and transgression. Our search for an artistic form of conceiving wine has led us to face the challenges of a difficult path, but so satisfying that we never stopped. And so, for over forty years, we pour history into glasses, our history and that of our land.
