The Vini Cannavò farm is a family-run business established in 2003 from the will of Lucio Cannavò who passionately dedicates himself to the family vineyards located where the black earth and rock still tell the power of Etna, at 750 m altitude on the North side of the volcano. The environment has always testified to the millennial relationship between man and nature, and preserving this heritage, respecting its balances, is our goal. Our viticulture is dedicated to the production of wines from native grape varieties, such as Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Carricante. Since 2016, the desire to rediscover territories with a taste of childhood, the commitment of a new plant in the province of Caltanissetta offer new opportunities, continuing with the choice of native grape varieties such as Nero d'Avola and Grillo and the choice pursued for several years to convert the company to organic farming.
