It was born in 2022 from the desire to express a territory and to safeguard it. On the south-western coast of Sicily, the sea serves as a backdrop to the vineyards, extended to the small village of Torretta Granitola (Trapani) and surrounded by the Naturale Reserve of Gorghi Tondi. Here, Ermanno and Alice cultivate native varieties, Grillo and Catarratto, in complete respect for the rhythms of nature: it is the sun, wind, and sea that rule. No synthetic products are used and the soil is not excessively worked, in order to maintain its fertility and preserve its biodiversity.
